 Day #11

Hello! Today Lexie and I had a very busy day. We were in the dining hall's kitchen and also the Wise kitchen. Today we made a red velvet cake for dinner and also two mini red velvet cakes for Carr and Gannet. This recipe was enormous and we used the big mixer to mix together all the batter. I love the color red velvet batter. We also piped out the icing to make it all nice and pretty. We then went over to the Wise and baked with Barb. We made cinnamon buns for tomorrow's breakfast. Brooks Bicknell said that they were very good. Thanks again for reading another blog post!!
