 Day #5

Hi there! Today Lexie and I mixed it up and baked in the Weis kitchen with bars. First we got to the dining hall and gathered all of our ingredients to take over to the wise. Today we were making our cinnamon rolls which we have already made before, and blueberry muffins for tomorrow’s breakfast. It was interesting to go from baking in the dining hall, with all the large baking equipment and mixers, to the wise where everything was just a little bit smaller. Although it was differentUsing smaller equipment, Lexie and I had already baked those cinnamon rolls before so that whole entire process ran smooth and it was fun at the same time. The cinnamon rolls came out great and the girls from Fowler were very happy to receive them. Barb also helped us make blueberry muffins which smelled very yummy coming out of the oven. Barb was so sweet and helpful and Lexie and I were very glad to spend the day with her. Tune in next time for another blog post!
